Some services are able to be booked instantly, for example: proofreading and editing.

Most services require an initial in-depth free consultation, in order to fully understand your background, needs and requirements. You will then be sent a proposal, detailing the services, and cost. If you wish to accept the proposal, an invoice will be issued. Once the invoice has been paid, the service will commence.

Payment for all services under CNY4000 is upfront, in full.

For services totalling over CNY4000/ £450, clients may pay in 2  instalments.

Yes, the initial 15 minute consultation is free of charge. Consultations are conducted by an English-speaking Lead Consultant, however we can arrange consultations with a Chinese-speaking consultant if preferred.

MBB prices are reasonable, and highly competitive.

Discounts are available for large bookings, and when 2 packages are purchased at the same time.

MBB Consultants are confident in our abilities to deliver your service. Our refund policy is detailed in the Service Agreement.

The Virtual Teaching Assistant is designed to assist you with short questions only - the sort of questions that are short, quick, but need a personal human touch. Maybe you need advice on how to phrase an important email, how to reply to your Professor or colleague, how to pronounce a phrase or word, how to ask someone for a coffee or the etiquette in a particular situation!

Questions are answered via We Chat, and within 2 hours, if submitted 8am- 7pm GMT. Submit as many questions as you would like.

Payment is upfront, monthly.

The service is not suitable for clients with long detailed questions. An hourly service or package may be more suitable for those clients, see here.

Yes! You’ll receive a CNY500 discount for yourself, and your friend will also receive a CNY500 discount.

Yes. You will be sent this with your invoice. The Service Agreement details terms & conditions, and is written in English and in Chinese.

You will be given a time frame for completion on your quote. If you require a rapid service, we will try to accommodate this. Please try to book as far in advance as possible.
