Meet our consultants

Lead Consultant Stephanie graduated from Exeter University with a first-class degree and Dean's Commendation. She's a former COO, qualified Project Manager, and has worked in China, Vietnam, Norway & the UK. Her extensive experience in management, HR, marketing, strategy and sales spans sectors including Higher Education, Recruitment, HR, EdTech, Government & Consulting.

 

Since 2014 Stephanie has directed UK short-course programmes for over 2000 Chinese students, and led a successful BAC ‘excellent’ accreditation.​ Recent projects include designing & teaching business English communications training for Alibaba International’s Hangzhou Head Office and financial services firm Morningstar Inc (Shenzhen).

 

Stephanie has 15 years of experience supporting Chinese nationals to study, work and succeed in the UK, and has a great respect for Chinese culture.

Lead Consultant Dr. C Brown graduated with a first-class bachelor's degree & a Master’s with Distinction from the University of Oxford. He holds a PhD from Emory University (US), and speaks fluent Spanish & Portuguese.

 

Dr Brown has taught at Emory University, presented his research at the American Historical Association, and consults for UK universities including the University of Sussex. He has extensive Senior Management experience in private education, and has supported students to secure Oxbridge & Ivy League university offers.

 

He has previously worked in Brazil, Chile and the US - as well as in Shanghai, a city he holds fond memories of.
